The State of Queensland is the country’s second largest state and covers 1,728,000 square kilometres with Brisbane its capital city. The cosmopolitan host city Brisbane is situated on the Brisbane River and enjoys a sub-tropical environment and second to none cosmopolitan experiences. The Convention Centre is located on the South Bank of the Brisbane River suitably very close to all the city has to offer.
